North East Tour

Day 1: BAGDOGRA AIRPORT / NJP STATION TO KALIMPONG, 75KMS IN 2 HRS.–

On arrival at Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station, our representative will meet & greet you. Drive to Kalimpong, on arrival Check-in at hotel. Evening free to walk around. Overnight stay at Kalimpong

Day 2: HALF DAY KALIMPONG VISIT – DRIVE TO GANGTOK

After breakfast local tour in Kalimpong with visits to Graham’s Home, Deolo View Point, Durpin
Dara View Point, Zang Dhok Palria Phodang Monastery, Army Golf Course and Pine View Nursery.

Kalimpong to Gangtok, 80kms in 2.5hrs – Check-out from Kalimpong and drive to
Gangtok , Enjoy the view of River Tista on the way. Arrival at Gangtok and
Check-in at hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 3: GANGTOK TO TSONGO LAKE WITH BABA MANDIR EXCURSION – 52KMS IN 3HRS – ONE WAY (TIMING: 7.30AM to 2.30PM). 

After breakfast drive to Tsongo Lake (Alt 12000ft/3600M), a high altitude alpine lake close to Indo-
China Border. Enjoy playing in snow and try Yak Ride and proceed further to Legendary Baba
Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Back to hotel for late lunch.
Optional tour to Nathula Pass (Alt 14000Ft / 4200M) on China Border can also be arranged (Except
Mon, Tue) for Indian Nationals only with 30 Days Advance Request at an additional cost.
Afternoon is free for personal activities. Overnight at Gangtok

Day 4 FULL DAY GANGTOK CITY TOUR (TIMING 8.30AM TO 4.30PM).

After breakfast visit Rumtek Monastery, Botanical Garden, and Santi View Point, Sikkim Research
Institute of Tibetology, Dodurl Chorten, Government Institute of Cottage Industry (Closed on
Sunday, 2nd Saturday), Orchid House Flower Show. After lunch visit Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok
and Bakthang Falls. Back to hotel and free evening to roam around M G Marg Mall for shopping.
Overnight at Gangtok .

Day 5: GANGTOK TO DARJEELING, 110KMS IN 4HRS –

Check out from Gangtok and drive to Darjeeling (Alt 7100Ft/ 2100M). On arrival check in at Hotel.
Free afternoon for personal activities. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Day 6:FULL DAY DARJEELING CITY TOUR.

Early morning tour in Darjeeling with visits to – Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, Batasia Loop and Ghoom
Monastery (Timing 4.00AM to 7.30AM). Free time for personal activities between Breakfast and
Lunch.
Post Lunch City Tour – visit 7 points (Timing: 1.30PM to 5.00PM) – Darjeeling Zoo and
Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tea garden, Tenzing Rock and Gombu Rock,
Tibetan Refugee center (Closed on Sunday) and Lebong Race Course Area. Free evening at Mall for
Shopping. Overnight at Darjeeling

Day 7: DARJEELING TO BAGDOGRA AIRPORT / NJP STATION (90KMS IN 3HRS)

After breakfast check-out from Darjeeling and drive back to NJP/Bagdogra.
