Welcome to Indian Holiday Experts! Before using our services, please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
- Definitionsa. “Indian Holiday Experts,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the company providing travel and holiday planning services.b. “You” or “Customer” refers to individuals or entities using our services.
- Booking and Paymenta. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.b. The second installment of 30% can be paid 60 days before arrival.
c. FINAL 40% can be paid either on arrival in Delhi/Chennai/Bangalore, or into an account 10 days before.
- Cancellation and Refunda. Retention of 50% of the amount paid if the trip is cancelled 65 days in advance.b. Retention of 60% of the total invoiced amount if the trip is cancelled 60 days in advance.
c. Retention of 100% of the total invoiced amount if the trip is cancelled 45 days prior to departure.
The refund will be processed via bank transfer, and any transaction fees or other applicable expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount. - Travel Documents and Insurancea. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, before traveling.b. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
- Liabilitya. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.b. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
- Privacy and Data Securitya. We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- Intellectual Propertya. All content and materials provided on our website and in our services are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.
- Changes to Terms and Conditionsa. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
